How fast do orders ship and when can I expect my order to arrive?

Orders are usually shipped within 1-3 business days. Time in transit varies and depends on where the product is being shipped to. Please see the “Shipping” section for more information.

How can I be sure that the color I’m looking at is exactly what I want?

Computer and monitor configurations, resolutions, and other hardware and software can affect how colors look on your screen. Posh Party Supplies .com has put an effort into displaying the colors of our products accurately, however, variations may occur and products' colors may appear different in-person.

How are you able to offer products at much cheaper prices than other online disposable goods stores?

We are the retail sales branch of a large supplier of many of our products. To you this means that we cut out the middleman. We offer a price match guarantee!

I need my order by a certain date. Are you able to fulfill it?

Before submitting your order, please contact us via our contact form, call us or chat to let us know about any special circumstances or needs.

Availability

We try to ensure the products listed on our site are always in stock so we can ship them as quickly as possible. In the rare circumstance where a product is not in stock, we will let you know.

Canceling or Changing an Order  

Once you place an order, you can log into your account, click on "My Account" and check the status of your order. You can cancel your order and obtain a refund at any time before we process the order. After we have processed the order, however, we unfortunately cannot cancel it.

Order Confirmations/Order Status

 Immediately after your order is successfully placed, you can log into your account and click on "Order Status". You are also sent a confirmation e-mail to the email address you provided. If the order is not visible in your account and you have not received an e-mail, we did not receive your order and there was no charge to your credit card. You can re-place that order via our website or by calling us.

Our Free Shipping Policy  

We offer FREE Ground Shipping on orders over $179.00 to the 48 US states. Please check our Shipping page for all the rules and restrictions.

 

Shipping Restrictions  

We are currently able to ship to anywhere in the United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. We do not make international deliveries.

 If You Are Not Home  It is up to the driver's discretion whether to require a signature when delivering your order or to drop it off at your doorstep.

 Products Arriving Together  Most of the products are all shipped together in one box and arrive at the same time. Occasionally they may be shipped in more than one package, and may arrive separately.

Can I Ship to a P.O. Box? 

No, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Sales Tax  

We are required by law to collect sales tax on items shipped to any New Jersey address.

Return Policy  

We love to make our customers happy so your complete satisfaction is our top priority! If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept returns of packages within 60 days of the sale date and issue a full refund. We will also pay for the return shipping. Please ensure that the product is not used or expired, is in the same condition you received it and is in the original box and/or packaging. Please make sure to include a copy of your receipt. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on the products we sell that were bought from other retailers.

How to Return A Product  

Return shipping is easy and free! To return any item(s), simply contact our Customer Care Center via phone (1-855-85-PAPER). A friendly representative will take care of the details and provide an email message containing a prepaid, printable UPS return shipping label to apply to your package. Your return may then be handed to any UPS driver or dropped off at any of thousands of UPS drop-off locations. Once your return is received at our processing center, you will receive a full refund, along with an email message confirming receipt.

Packing And Sending Your Return  

The box the items were originally shipped in can be reused. Simply apply the prepaid shipping label that our customer care representative will email to you. Give the package to your UPS driver or drop off at any UPS drop-off location. Please contact us with any questions or concerns at 1-855-85-PAPER.
